Education:
Professor Waldron has a B.A. in Urban Sociology from the University
of Iowa, a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Studies from
Minnesota State University, and a Doctorate in Public Administration
from Hamline University.

Courses taught:
Dr. Waldron teaches the MPNA Public Finance course and
an elective MPNA course in Community Economic Development,
and he also teaches an undergraduate course -- Cases
in Public Administration.

Short Biography:
Dr. Waldron is currently the City Administrator for Oakdale,
Minnesota, Twin Cities suburb just east of Saint Paul.
He has also served as:
- Community Development Director for the City of Roseville,
- Business Finance Specialist for the State of Minnesota,
- Director of Physical and Economic Development for the Region
Nine Development Commission in Mankato, MN,
- Assistant Director for the Region F Crime Commission,
- and Planner for the City of Mankato.
Dr. Waldron is a Past President of the Association of Metropolitan
Municipalities, the Minnesota City/County Management Association,
the Metro East Development Partnership, and Economic Development
Association of Minnesota. He has also taught for Hamline University
and the University of St. Thomas.
