PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
Professor Hartman has 15 years of experience as a city manager
and currently serves as Assistant City Administrator in Oakdale,
Minnesota. He has also been a senior management executive with
Springsted, Inc. in St. Paul, and Miller and Schroeder Financial
Inc. in Minneapolis. He has teaching experience at Mankato State
University, Hamline University, and the University of Wisconsin
at River Falls and Oshkosh.
