Education:
Professor Everett has earned his BA from the University of Maryland
in Psychology and his Masters in Administrative Science from Johns
Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Short Biography:
John T. Everett has over 22 years experience as an Executive
Director in the non-profit sector and is currently the Executive
Director of Community Involvement Programs, an agency whose mission
is to support persons with disabilities. Since being appointed
to his current position in 1993, the agency has grown from 5 million
dollars to 12 million dollars in annual revenues. Prior to coming
to Minnesota, Mr. Everett was the Executive Director of the Arc
of Howard County, Maryland; he served in that capacity for 13
years. Mr. Everett has specialized in the areas of organizational
change, governance, and strategic planning. He has served in nonprofit
leadership positions including the Treasurer of the Association
of Residential Resources of Minnesota for four years and is currently
President of NF, Inc.-Minnesota.
Professor Everett also has been recognized for his professional
service, receiving the Audrey Robbins Humanitarian Award in 1990
and the Professional of the Year from Arc of Maryland in 1991.
