of Delaware; a Master in Public Administration from The Ohio State
University; and a Master in Business Administration from the University
of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

Short Biography:
Mr. Nagel is a Business Professor at Normandale Community College,
Bloomington, MN, where he specializes in small business management.
He is also an Adjunct Professor of Public Administration at Hamline
University in St.Paul, MN. Previously a City Manager for over
25 years, he is also the owner of MN Consulting, which focuses
on strategic planning and temporary management services for local
governments.
