Education:
Professor Reinhardt is a Metropolitan State Alumni where she
earned her B.A. in 1996 and her M.B.A. in 1999.

Courses taught:
She teaches an MPNA Topics course on Politics and Public/Nonprofit
Administration.

Short Biography:
Commissioner Reinhardt began her life in public service as president
of her local Parent Teacher Organization. She has since been a
founding member of the White Bear Lake Recycling Committee, chair
of the Recycling Association of Minnesota, a leader in prevention
of domestic violence, and honored as one of 25 Metropolitan State
University graduates for outstanding community service. In 1996
Professor Reinhardt was elected to the Ramsey County Board of
Commissioners. In 2000, she received the Bruce Vento Distinguished
Service Award from the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless, and
was named one of the 25 Most Innovative Women in the Twin Cities
by City Business for her work on developing a juvenile crime prevention
program called ACE (All Children Excel). In 2001 she was honored
again by Metropolitan State University as “A Woman of Vision
and Courage”.
