The Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is an independent, nonprofit organization that works to promote public interest through the responsible and efficient use of natural and economic resources. CEE accomplishes this mission through program development and delivery, research and education, evaluation and public policy initiatives.

The Minnesota Environmental Initiative builds innovative partnerships to develop solutions to Minnesota’s environmental problems. They work with their nonprofit, business and government partners to develop consensus on critical issues and move collectively toward action that has positive environmental impacts.

Minnesotans for an Energy Efficient Economy - www.me3.org

Minnesotans for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ME3) is a nonprofit organization leading the transition to a clean, efficient, and fair energy system. ME3 uses a combination of strategies to ensure significant and sustained progress toward a clean energy future. Throughout all of their work, ME3 acts to empower citizens to influence decisions on energy and the environment.

The North Star Chapter is one of the Club's oldest, recently celebrating its 35th anniversary of helping to preserve and protect the environment in Minnesota. They do this through both educational programs and political activism.
